My name is Mücahide Güngördü, and I founded Orchid Family & Couples Support to offer accessible, culturally sensitive, and meaningful guidance to individuals, couples, and families. As a wife, mother of two, and Systemic Practitioner, I am deeply passionate about creating a space where relationships can heal and thrive.

After completing my degree in Theology, I spent nearly 15 years as an educator and community guide, walking alongside individuals as they navigated personal and spiritual journeys. Over time, I realized I wanted to offer a deeper level of support—one that addresses not only personal growth, but also the relational, cultural, and day-to-day challenges that families and couples face. This inspired me to specialize in Family and Couples support, and I am currently continuing my advanced training in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy to maintain the highest professional standards of care.

Having grown up in Germany as the child of an immigrant family and lived in the UK for over a decade, I intimately understand what it means to bridge cultures, build a home in new environments, and navigate changing family dynamics. These lived experiences, combined with years of professional observation, shape my deep awareness of the sociological, cultural, and generational hurdles many families encounter.

In my practice, I combine the scientific grounding of systemic practice with a warm, faith-aware, and culturally sensitive approach. My goal is to offer you a safe and non-judgmental space where your values are honored, your voice is heard, and meaningful healing can begin.
